What You’ll Do

  • Own the full escrow process from open to close with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Serve as the central point of contact, keeping all parties aligned and informed.
  • Manage escrow accounts, documents, and funds in strict compliance with terms and regulations.
  • Review titles, mortgages, and closing requirements to ensure clean, timely transactions.
  • Prepare settlement statements and closing packages with precision.
  • Deliver a seamless closing experience through proactive communication and problem-solving.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–4 years of escrow experience (Escrow Assistant experience welcomed).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions at once.
  • Confident decision-making and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Clear, professional communication with a client-first mindset.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented, with a willingness to collaborate and support others.

Required State Licensing/Certification

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
