About the role
We are seeking an Escrow Assistant to join our growing team at CV Escrow - Palm Springs, CA. This role plays a key part in helping make the dream of homeownership a reality by assisting in the escrow process, communicating with customers, and ensuring a phenomenal customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Aid in the escrow process by opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, and handling disbursements and follow-ups
- Communicate regularly with customers throughout the escrow process
- Interpret various agreements related to escrow closings
- Work with a variety of technologies to facilitate escrow transactions and enhance customer experiences
Requirements
- Passion for helping customers and maintaining a professional, positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both internally and externally
- Problem-solving abilities, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Natural curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to adapt to new software applications
- High school diploma or equivalent, with 2+ years of escrow-related experience preferred
