About the role

Qualicare is hiring caregivers to provide in-home care in North County San Diego (Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos, Escondido, Fallbrook, Poway, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Solana Beach, Del Mar) and surrounding areas. The role offers competitive pay ($19–$22/hour), PPE provided, and the opportunity to work near your home. Qualicare also provides competitive weekly pay via direct deposit, 401k benefits, and Blue Shield health insurance.

Pay

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• Ability to drive a client as requested
• Ability to provide professional references
• If not registered with the state, Qualicare will help you obtain registration
• Prepared with driver’s license, auto insurance, and I‑9 documentation
