Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist in the check-in process
- Brief and debrief guests on their live escape game experience
- Monitor and run escape games
- Recover game rooms quickly to maintain a schedule
- Maintain company cleanliness and organizational standards
- Handle unexpected situations in a calm and professional manner
Qualifications
- Guest service experience a plus
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Able to work well as a team
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the event business, including weekends and holidays
