ESC Electrician Manager
About the role
SpartanX is seeking an experienced ESC Electrical Manager to lead and support our Electrical Service Center operations. This role is responsible for overseeing electrical service activities, troubleshooting, corrective work, field performance, scheduling coordination, inspection support, and quality across assigned markets. The ESC Electrical Manager will lead electricians and electrical support personnel while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable electrical codes and SpartanX standards. This is a hands-on operational leadership position for someone with strong residential electrical expertise who can lead field teams, solve complex electrical problems, and keep work moving from assignment through completion.
ESC is where complicated electrical problems come to get solved. As our ESC Electrical Manager, you'll lead the teams responsible for troubleshooting issues, completing corrective work, supporting inspections, and making sure electrical problems don't remain open problems. Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day ESC electrical operations across assigned markets
- Lead, support, and hold ESC Electricians and electrical support personnel accountable for performance
- Coordinate field coverage, workloads, priorities, and manpower needs
- Ensure electrical service and corrective work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently
- Provide technical guidance for complex electrical troubleshooting and field issues
- Support service calls, electrical corrections, inspection deficiencies, and post-installation issues
- Assist teams with main panel upgrades, equipment replacements, system corrections, and other residential electrical work
