ES - Food Handler

Salary Range - $26,000

Educational Requirements

• High School Education or GED
• Current Food Handler Certificate from local health department is also required

• Current Food Handler certificate from local health department is also required

Duties/Responsibilities

• Will work from prepared, approved menus convert quantities to meet required number of meals
• Will prepare meals as directed following basic Health Department rules and internal, infection control policies
• Responsible for doing the laundry and changing linens in the residential rooms and other housekeeping duties as needed

Skills/Knowledge

• Previous one year experience as paid cook working in a commercial kitchen, (cafeteria, hospital...etc.)
