For Our Kinderkrippe Fidelio

We are currently seeking an Erzieher*in or Kindheitspädagog*in (m/w/d) for our four-group Kinderkrippe Fidelio in Bogenhausen.

About the Role

At Kinderkrippe Fidelio, we offer a stimulating environment where children can freely express their imagination and engage in various activities such as playing, singing, matting, climbing, sleeping, experimenting, building, and more. We believe in fostering a trusting relationship with both children and their parents through a partnership in education.

Responsibilities

  • Bearing and participating in the sense of participatory pedagogy in accordance with the needs of the children
  • Planning, organizing, and implementing pedagogical work while ensuring the daily schedule in line with our sustainability concept
  • Building a trusting relationship with children and their parents in the sense of educational-partnership
  • Conducting regular development conversations with parents
  • Sharing responsibility for the implementation and further development of the pedagogical concept
  • Developing projects based on a situation-oriented approach
  • Implementing the Bavarian Education and Training Plan

Requirements

  • A completed training as an Erzieher*in or Kindheitspädagog*in (m/w/d)
  • A completed study as a Kindheitspädagog*in or Sozialpädagog*in (m/w/d) or equivalent degree
  • Enthusiasm for the implementation and further development of our pedagogical concept
  • Cultural competence and enthusiasm for working with people from different cultures
  • Knowledge in the field of sustainability and education for sustainable development is welcome
  • Resilience, flexibility, and reliability are required
  • Team spirit and willingness to contribute to the team
  • Willingness to self-reflection and adjustment of pedagogical actions

Qualifications

  • Completed study as a Kindheitspädagog*in or Sozialpädagog*in (m/w/d) or equivalent degree
