Erwin Hymer Group Graduate Traineeship

About the role

As a trainee, you will receive an individualized programme, tailored to your personal focus and interests, over a 15-month period. The traineeship includes 4 to 5 assignments at locations in Germany, plus possible postings in the UK and/or USA. Following successful completion of the training programme, most EHG trainees take part in our groupwide programs for Leadership Development and are often considered for management positions.
