About the role

Dreamfactory is growing due to many satisfied clients. We are looking for someone to join us for the long term. This can be in employment or as a self-employed person with a very large client. You will form a structural connection with Dreamfactory and our way of working. You will undertake with us, use our materials, and work with our clients. This doesn't have to be 40 hours per week, but you will spend a significant part of your working time on Dreamfactory. It happens irregularly that you work in the evenings.

Who we're looking for

• An experienced and trained trainer with passion for the profession
• Someone who has made sincerity with the client their lifestyle
• Someone who reads our books and thinks, "I've been working that way for years, maybe even slightly better. And I would love to teach that to others"
• A top trainer or an experienced trainer who wants to become even better
• Several years of experience as a trainer
• Completed a solid trainers' training (for example at the School voor Training) and is never done learning
• Recognizes our philosophy from the books and is enthusiastic about spreading it
• Can empathize with our target group: highly educated substantive professionals and their managers
• Has some experience with finding and satisfying clients; personally knows the barriers that can sometimes come with that
• Practices what you preach – does yourself what you teach others
• Always ensures "it will work out" – with the help of all colleagues, of course

Schedule and practical details

We are looking for someone who is available on weekdays, organized, and independent. Working hours are in consultation. Working in the evenings happens irregularly.
