About the role

Provide supervised visitation, parent education, and supportive services to families involved in the child welfare system, promoting family stability and healthy relationships. Work directly with children, parents, and families, facilitating visits in various settings and supporting trauma-informed, family-centered practices. Collaborate with case managers and service teams to coordinate interventions, maintain accurate documentation, and prepare reports for legal proceedings. Remote work may be available for administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supervised visits between children and parents in safe, appropriate settings
• Deliver parent education and coaching to support healthy family dynamics
• Document interactions, progress, and concerns in compliance with agency and legal standards
• Coordinate with case managers and service teams to align interventions with family goals
• Prepare written reports for court proceedings and team meetings

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One year of human services experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience working with children and families
• Knowledge of counseling techniques and community resources
• Proficiency with electronic documentation systems
