ERP Test Lead - Austin, TX (Hybrid Role)

About the role

ERP Test Lead position based in Austin, TX (hybrid) with a contract length of 6‑12+ months.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage testing activities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP or similar ERP systems.
• Analyze business requirements and document functional specifications to support ERP configuration and process improvements.
• Plan, prepare, execute, and validate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to resolve issues and ensure successful ERP implementation.

Requirements

• Strong functional knowledge in Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P), Order‑to‑Cash (OTC), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) business processes.

Skills

• Utilize Azure DevOps for test management, defect tracking, defect resolution coordination, and reporting throughout the testing lifecycle.

Schedule

Work primarily remote (approximately 75%) with limited onsite travel as needed.
