Responsibilities

• Design and develop controls for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions.
• Drive implementation, upgrade, and migration of core SAP technologies.
• Design, develop, integrate, troubleshoot, and optimize various automation solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor and subject‑matter expert (SME) for ERP initiatives.

The Amazon Robotics (AR) Business Operations & Strategy (BOS) Team enables AR’s people, purpose, and place to deliver the future. We remove barriers, drive organizational productivity, and foster growth. We serve AR leadership, product customers, and employees, and collaborate with teams throughout FTR. Our work includes creating a safe, inclusive, and productive workplace experience; designing and iterating on learning, development, and engagement solutions; synthesizing and articulating AR’s long‑term strategy, near‑term goals, product roadmaps, and workforce strategy; and developing cross‑organizational mechanisms, reporting, programs, and sustainability efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of SAP systems (e.g., SAP Business Suite, S/4HANA, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects) and their architecture/infrastructure needs.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working cross‑functionally across several teams.
• 5–10+ years as a solution architect, technical consultant, or similar role.
• Experience in SAP clean‑core design concepts, including design and build using non‑SAP technologies in domains such as generative/agentic AI and data & analytics.
• Experience working with end‑user or developer communities (preferred).
• Experience managing relationships with SAP customers and partners (preferred).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud ERP, and Cloud ERP Private (preferred).
• Experience working in a matrixed organization (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences, including senior leadership (preferred).

Pay

Base salary range: $153,600.00 – $207,800.00 USD annually. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location, and includes sign‑on payments and RSUs.
