ERP Senior Project Manager

About the role

The ERP Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing complex project implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals, and managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams in the implementation of enterprise resource planning systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards.
• Manage risks and issues, providing timely updates to senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports and change requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in ERP project management.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale ERP implementations.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Project and Visio.
• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
