ERP Program Manager
Position Summary
H-E Parts International LLC is transforming its enterprise technology landscape to modernize processes, standardize business operations, and support global growth. We are seeking an ERP Program Director to lead this multi-year initiative.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Be a Safety Champion: Demonstrate H-E Parts' commitment to safety and promote a culture of safety.
Lead Enterprise Program Execution: Convert strategic vision into an executable program, build and maintain integrated program plans, establish governance structures, and manage program scope, budget, milestones, and success metrics.
Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with executive leadership, business process owners, IT leadership, finance, operations, supply chain, sales, external systems integrators to ensure alignment throughout the transformation.
Manage Complex Dependencies: Coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives while managing risks, issues, resource constraints, cross-functional dependencies, and critical path activities.
Lead Change Management: Champion organizational readiness by driving stakeholder engagement, supporting communication strategies, encouraging adoption of standardized business processes, and building organizational momentum throughout the transformation.
Drive Enterprise Standardization: Promote a cloud-first, configure-not-customize philosophy by reducing legacy customizations and enabling scalable, standardized business processes.
Manage Vendor Relationships: Provide oversight and accountability for implementation partners, consultants, software vendors, and systems integrators.
Qualifications
10+ years leading enterprise technology programs, multiple successful ERP implementations, proven experience leading enterprise-wide ERP execution, not strategy alone, industrial manufacturing experience, global ERP deployment experience, experience managing enterprise PMOs, experience managing large systems integrators, executive steering committee leadership, enterprise organizational change management.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies, cloud-first enterprise architecture, enterprise integration, IT and Operational Technology (OT), data governance, master data management, configure vs. customize implementation approaches, enterprise application modernization.
Leadership Competencies: Executive presence, outstanding communication skills, strong decision-making ability, program governance expertise, ability to simplify complexity, high accountability, bias toward execution, calm leadership under pressure, strong stakeholder management, results-oriented leadership style.
Success
Within the first 12 months, established a mature enterprise governance framework, built a fully integrated global program roadmap, successfully aligned business and IT stakeholders, reduced program risk through disciplined execution, positioned the North America rollout for successful deployment, improved enterprise process standardization, built strong relationships with executive leadership and implementation partners.
