Responsibilities

  • Maintain product-related data and configurations in all applicable ERP systems.
  • Screen and assign support tickets ("bugs") from end users, resolving issues based on severity.
  • Manage the lifecycle of assigned “bugs” from activation to closure.
  • Identify and bring up blockers for active “bugs” and unreleased Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
  • Complete ECOs in accordance with approved processes and within assigned deadlines.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum five years of relevant work experience, including two years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum two years of experience working within supply chain and/or production modules in major ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and logical task execution within deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities for work-related issues.
  • Effective communication skills across cross-functional teams and with technical and business engagement managers.
  • Adaptability to meet changing demands and priorities.
  • Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication and customer service.

Pay

Pay range: $52,500 - $97,500 per year. Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. Final offers will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.

This role is subject to mandatory background screening and regulatory approvals. As part of your employment, you may be required to complete a criminal background check, submit fingerprints, and obtain licenses or registrations with applicable gaming regulatory authorities. Aristocrat operates in a highly regulated environment and holds licenses in over 340 gaming jurisdictions worldwide. To meet compliance obligations, you will need to provide relevant personal and background information to government agencies and other applicable regulatory bodies.
