ERP IV&V Analyst - Finance

About the role

Our State Government Practice Group is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our team as a contingent hire serving state government finance and administration clients. The first project will involve supporting the State of Missouri as part of an Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) team. Reporting to the IV&V engagement manager, you will collaborate with team members to plan, develop, and implement project activities, leading compliance efforts and IV&V reviews.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to plan, develop, and implement project activities to achieve project and client goals.
• Lead and support compliance efforts, analyzing requirements, assessing deliverables, and communicating findings to the client.
• Lead and support independent validation and verification (IV&V) reviews and reporting.
• Prepare and/or edit status reports, executive briefings, and presentations.
• Identify potential risks and issues to project success.
• Create and maintain document templates.
• Facilitate meetings.
• Develop and present client communications, both written and verbal.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in public sector ERP financial system implementation, including requirements traceability and user acceptance testing.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to handle difficult messages tactfully.
• PMP certification preferred.
• IV&V and/or project management experience preferred.

Benefits

The base salary range targeted for this role is $110,000 - $140,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, seniority, merit, education, training, amount of travel, and other relevant business considerations.

Pay

The base salary range targeted for this role is $110,000 - $140,000.

Schedule

The planned project work is located full-time in Jefferson City, MO. Candidates must be located or willing to relocate to Jefferson City upon accepting the position. Travel to client sites on other future projects can range up to 50%.
