ERP Implementation Consultant

AlphaGov is seeking an ERP Implementation Consultant to support Raleigh ERP transformation, including requirements, process design, configuration, data conversion, testing, training, cutover, and adoption across city functions. What you'll do: Lead or support ERP implementation workstreams from discovery through go-live and stabilizationMap finance, procurement, human resources, asset, or related business processes to ERP capabilitiesCoordinate city stakeholders, technical teams, implementation partners, and executive decision-makersDevelop requirements, configuration decisions, test scripts, training materials, and readiness reportingContribute ERP implementation qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when permissioned Requirements Required: Hands-on ERP implementation or modernization experience with a major public-sector or enterprise platformExperience with requirements, process mapping, data migration, testing, training, and cutoverComfortable as a 1099 / project-based collaborator with travel as needed for client on-sites Nice to have: Municipal ERP experience involving finance, procurement, HR, payroll, or asset managementWorkday, Oracle, SAP, Infor, Tyler, or comparable ERP experiencePrior North Carolina or Raleigh-area public-sector consulting
