About the role

We are seeking an experienced Functional Business Analyst with expertise in an ERP Finance application (FIN) to join our CGI team! You will support the upgrade, enhancements, and maintenance of enterprise finance solutions for public sector clients.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with finance and accounting stakeholders.
  • Analyze business processes and identify improvements.
  • Configure and validate the ERP System FIN functionality.
  • Write functional specifications.
  • Support testing and production issues.
  • Participate in project meetings and budget planning activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting ERP or financial management systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Public Administration, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with an ERP system, preferably Finance (FIN).
  • Strong understanding of government accounting rules and processes.
  • Experience gathering and documenting functional requirements.
  • Knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $98,500.00 - $172,400.00.
