ERP Functional Analyst - SCM, Warehouse & Procurement
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain, Warehouse & Procurement Functional Analyst to support, configure, and maintain procurement, inventory, warehouse, and logistics modules within Infor CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise (LN).
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain CSIE modules for Purchasing, Vendor Management, Inventory, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, and Factory Track.
- Provide functional user support and troubleshooting for procurement, receiving, inventory, and shipping issues.
- Investigate inventory accuracy, material movements, and transaction flows to ensure accuracy and proper configuration.
- Collaborate with Operations and Procurement to optimize procure-to-pay (P2P) and warehouse execution through system settings and workflows.
- Maintain technical solution and configuration documentation, and collaborate with Super Users and SMEs on end-user training materials and SOPs across the Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Procurement domains.
- Partner with the ERP Admin and Developers to test patches, releases, and integration enhancements.
- Manage support cases with Infor for Supply Chain, Warehouse, or Factory Track incidents.
- Continuously evaluate processes for improvements in efficiency, quality, and safety.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or Information Systems.
- 3+ years of direct module ownership in Infor CSIE Supply Chain, Inventory, or Warehouse.
- 5+ years ERP experience supporting procurement, inventory, and warehouse functions.
- Solid understanding of procure-to-pay, inventory control, and multi-site material flows.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities for functional issues.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
Qualifications
- Relevant Infor CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise (CSIE) or Infor LN certifications within Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, or Logistics functional areas preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary range: $92,000 - 139,000, depending on experience.
- Our compensation philosophy: we offer competitive pay based on market data, including local, national, and industry benchmarks.
