ERP Business Analyst (Oracle HCM)

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and analytical ERP Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support the implementation, configuration and optimisation of Oracle HCM (Enterprise Resource Planning – Human Capital Management) solutions by working with HR, Payroll, IT and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle HCM ERP implementation, configuration, testing and deployment activities.
• Gather and document business requirements for Oracle HCM modules.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll and business teams to optimise Oracle HCM processes.
• Aid with Oracle HCM data migration, validation and system integration.
• Troubleshoot Oracle HCM application issues and support system enhancements.
• Support quarterly Oracle HCM Cloud updates and new feature implementations.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of ERP systems (Oracle HCM knowledge is a plus).
• Understanding of HR business processes and Human Capital Management (HCM).
