ERP & AI Solutions Architect (D365 F&O)
Job Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and connected systems.
- Embed AI-driven automation across business workflows.
- Bridge functional ERP expertise with hands-on AI enablement, leveraging Copilot, Claude, and agentic solutions.
- Partner with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across functions.
- Combine D365, Power Platform, and AI into end-to-end solutions.
- Build and maintain agent-based solutions that automate repetitive tasks and surface insights.
- Develop reusable AI patterns, prompts, and workflows for cross-functional reuse.
- Support agent factory concepts (templates, reusable automation patterns).
- Ensure systems and knowledge are AI-ready and governed.
- Connect enterprise data and workflows into AI-assisted user experiences.
- Ensure security, audit, and Responsible AI compliance.
- Support testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Train and enable business users on systems.
Job Requirements
- 3–6+ years D365 functional / ERP experience.
- Strong Finance module expertise preferred.
- Experience with technical requirements, configuration, and design.
- Proficiency with Claude, Copilot, Cursor, and similar AI tools.
- Ability to build prompts, workflows, or simple agents.
- PREFERRED: Power Platform experience (Admin Center, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
- Experience building or working with AI agents / workflow automation.
- Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) or knowledge-based AI systems.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems with AI platforms.
