The litigation associate will represent clients in class actions and other complex litigation matters related to the management and administration of retirement and healthcare plans, as well as investigations by federal agencies. This position offers flexible location options and can be structured as a remote work arrangement.

Requirements
- 2–7 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills and superior academic credentials
- Exceptional writing ability

Pay
Expected annual pay range for this position is $245,000 – $440,000, dependent on attorney class year, relevant experience, and skillset.
