This full-time, year-round opportunity offers a base hourly pay plus weekly bonuses and uncapped commission—your effort directly reflects your earnings. Most canvassing roles are 100% commission, but Erie Home provides a guaranteed hourly wage alongside unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods to identify roof replacement needs
• Engage homeowners face-to-face about Erie Home and our premium products
• Schedule homeowners for free, no-obligation estimates
• Work toward weekly personal and team goals and bonuses
