Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods to identify roof replacement needs.
• Engage in face-to-face conversations with homeowners about Erie Home and our premium products.
• Schedule homeowners for free, no-obligation estimates.
• Work toward weekly personal and team goals to earn bonuses.

• Outgoing and confident individuals who are comfortable initiating conversations with homeowners.
• Coachable and eager to learn.
• Demonstrates resilience and maintains a positive attitude.
• Takes initiative, sets personal goals, and works consistently to achieve them.
