Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods identifying roof replacement needs
• Talk to homeowners face-to-face about Erie Home and our unique, top-of-the-line products
• Schedule homeowners for free/no obligation estimates
• Work toward weekly personal and team goals and bonuses

Requirements

• Outgoing and confident individuals who aren’t afraid of sparking conversations with homeowners
• Individuals who are coachable and eager to learn
• Candidates who demonstrate resilience and maintain a positive attitude
• Individuals who take initiative, set personal goals, and consistently work toward achieving them

Pay

Base hourly pay with weekly bonuses and an uncapped commission plan where you can earn as much as you want.
