Unlike most canvassing roles that are 100% commission-based, we provide a base hourly pay plus unlimited earning potential through weekly bonuses and uncapped commission.

Responsibilities
- Canvass neighborhoods identifying roof replacement needs
- Talk to homeowners face-to-face about Erie Home and our unique, top-of-the-line products
- Schedule homeowners for free/no obligation estimates
- Work toward weekly personal and team goals and bonuses
Qualifications
- Outgoing and confident individuals who aren’t afraid of sparking conversations with homeowners
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Demonstrate resilience and maintain a positive attitude
- Take initiative, set personal goals, and consistently work toward achieving them
Schedule
