As an Event Marketer, you will attend pre-scheduled events—trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events—to generate qualified leads for our sales team. You will exceed lead targets, interact with potential customers, and provide product demonstrations using high-energy engagement techniques.

Responsibilities

• Generate and capture leads at events for our award-winning products.
• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations.
• Work independently while keeping the manager informed.
• Set up and tear down event materials (ability to lift up to 50 pounds).
• Utilize our proven system to generate qualified leads for our rapidly growing company.

Requirements

• Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
• Attention to detail and punctuality.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product line.
• High level of energy, engagement, and ability to stand for extended periods at events.
• Must have a smartphone to use the Company timekeeping application and submit leads.

Pay

Starting pay: $18 per hour + commission. Paid weekly—every Friday. Compensation increases based on event performance.
