About the role
Ergon Asphalt and Emulsions seeks an experienced I&E Technician to join our team. This role involves performing various asphalt and emulsion-related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and mix asphalt and emulsions according to specifications.
- Operate and maintain asphalt mixing equipment.
- Assist in quality control testing of materials and products.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related experience in asphalt and/or emulsion operations.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using asphalt mixing equipment.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
