About the role

Ergon Asphalt and Emulsions seeks a Facility Operator to manage the day-to-day operations of the facility. The ideal candidate will have strong operational skills and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all equipment and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as necessary.
• Document all activities and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related experience in facility management or operations.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Experience with industrial machinery and equipment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Pay
