What You Will Do
The Emergency Department tech provides technical support for physicians and nurses in the emergency department for the acute and non-acute patients.
Required Skills
- Computer knowledge
- Sterile technique
Required Licensure/Registration/Certification
- BLS
Preferred Licensure/Registration/Certification
- LVN
- Paramedic
- EMT Basic or EMT Intermediate
- ACLS
- PALS
Required Experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology and assisting patients with activities of daily living
Preferred Experience
- One year of experience as an LVN or Paramedic
