Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families with professionalism and compassion to create a positive first impression.
• Register patients for emergency services, collecting all required personal, insurance, and medical information.
• Verify patient identification and insurance details, updating records as necessary.
• Collect patient co-pays or deductibles and inform patients of financial obligations.
• Maintain communication with key personnel during emergency situations and alert the facility when emergency plans are activated.
