About the Role
Provides direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with nursing standards.
Responsibilities
- Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, home care, and medication use.
- Participates in ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and engages in professional development.
- Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team, patients, and families.

Requirements
- Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license required.
- Experience: No experience needed; less than 2 years preferred for higher education.
