About the role

BPA assistant for a 22‑year‑old woman, 20 hours per week, located in Heimdal. The assistant will work under the supervision of the user's mother, who will provide necessary training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leisure activities, training, and hobbies
• Meal preparation and/or arranging meals
• Driving (car)
• Assist with activities and daily chores
• Assist with personal hygiene
• Housework
• Assist on short and longer trips

Requirements

• Good oral and written expression (Norwegian)
• Patient and solution‑oriented
• Punctual and reliable
• Flexible and service‑minded
• Ability to work holidays and weekends
• Comfortable around pets
• Female (due to the nature of the work)

Qualifications

• Driver’s licence class B
• Proficiency with data/computer use
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently

Schedule

20 hours per week, with shifts covering day, evening, and weekend work as needed.
