Job Summary
The ER Discharge Coordinator role at HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge Primary Care involves Point of Care (PoC) Patient Bedside scheduling as part of centralized ER and Urgent Care Follow-up programs. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining a positive customer experience, scheduling patients for follow-up care bedside, ensuring performance and quality standards are met, and providing superior customer service.
