About the role
As an ER Discharge Coordinator PRN with HCA Florida Osceola Hospital, you can contribute to an organization dedicated to community service. Your responsibilities include Point of Care (PoC) Patient Bedside scheduling as part of centralized ER and Urgent Care Follow-up programs. Your goal is to enhance patient experience through increased contact rates, immediate scheduling, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers, patients, and stakeholders in a pleasant and professional manner
- Ensure performance and quality standards are met
- Create and maintain a positive customer experience in a patient-centered environment
- Schedule patients for follow-up care bedside when appropriate
- Support the organization's vision and strategy, promoting its services and addressing issues as necessary
- Suggest improvements to department policies and procedures
Qualifications
One year of related experience is preferred.
