Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor instructional designers in equitable design practices
  • Lead integration of innovative instructional features and assess their impact
  • Ensure timely implementation of new strategies and monitor effectiveness
  • Explore and implement emerging technologies, documenting best practices
  • Deliver workshops and training to build instructional design capabilities
  • Develop AI-enabled guidance to standardize design practices across the team
  • Cookordinator contractor work to maintain project timelines

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, User Experience Design, or a related field
  • 7 years of relevant experience in instructional design and content development
  • Advanced expertise in equity-centered instructional design
  • Strong experience with universal design for learning and accessible design
  • Demonstrated subject matter expertise in competency-based education

Pay

$91,000 – $136,400 annually
