Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market conditions, identifying trading opportunities, executing trades in line with firm guidelines, and monitoring positions to manage risk and optimize performance. The trader will apply options strategies, hedging techniques, and disciplined decision-making to maintain consistency and profitability. This role involves ongoing learning through firm-provided training, regular review of trading performance, and adherence to established trading rules and capital allocation procedures.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong skills in Trading and Proprietary Trading, with the ability to follow structured, rule-based systems.Candidates should possess skills in Options Strategies and Hedging to manage risk and capitalize on market opportunities.Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including comfort with data, charts, and trading platforms.Demonstrated discipline, emotional stability under pressure, and adherence to risk management principles.Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with reliable internet access and appropriate trading hardware/software.Prior trading experience (professional or personal) is beneficial; completion of relevant training or certifications is a plus.A college degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field is helpful but not required; a strong interest in financial markets is essential.
