About the role

The Susquehanna Co-op Program offers a unique opportunity to apply academic knowledge to real-world business scenarios. This role focuses on developing AI product thinking skills and understanding the practical applications of large language models in a data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Work on real projects with measurable business impact under the guidance of experienced technologists and business analysts.
• Develop AI product thinking skills, including selecting impactful use cases and evaluating business value.
• Assess model quality, reliability, and risk using appropriate evaluation methods.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills (Python, SQL, C#, etc.).
• Experience with NLP or working with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and data modeling.

Qualifications

• Curiosity, collaboration, and a strong desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in the financial services industry is a plus.
