About the project

Strategic renewable energy project in Costa Rica: 120 MW photovoltaic plant. Aldesa is building a multidisciplinary team to support the different phases of the project: planning, engineering, procurement, construction, assembly, quality, health and safety, environment, administration, commissioning and closing.

What profiles are we looking for?

• Civil, electrical, industrial, mechanical or energy engineers.
• Project planning and control managers.
• Technical office and engineering profiles.
• Quality, QA/QC managers and technicians.
• PRL, HSE and environment managers and technicians.
• Civil works, mechanical assembly and electrical assembly supervisors.
• Specialists in substations, medium and high voltage, evacuation lines, SCADA and telecommunications.
• Procurement, logistics, contracts and project administration profiles.
• Commissioning, start-up and energization profiles.
• Professionals with experience in other areas of construction, infrastructure or energy who want to orient their career towards renewable projects.

What do we value?

• Technical training related to engineering, construction, energy, prevention, quality, environment, administration or related areas.
• Previous experience in construction, infrastructure, energy, renewables, photovoltaic plants, substations, power lines, civil works or industrial assembly projects.
• Ability to work in project environments, with an orientation towards objectives, planning, quality, safety and compliance with deadlines.
• Knowledge of technical or management tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, Microsoft Office or other specific applications of the area.
• Availability to work in Costa Rica during the execution of the project, depending on the position.
• Collaborative attitude, commitment, flexibility and desire to grow professionally in an international environment.
