for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, navigation, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the job description. We need to extract sections: About the role (maybe the initial description), Responsibilities (the list), Qualifications (maybe "Qualifications Required: High school diploma, 3 years in a hospital setting or surgical environment"), Requirements (maybe same as qualifications? The posting says "Qualifications Required:" but also earlier "Location Cincinnati, OH, United States". Could treat "Location" as part of About the role? Might be separate "Requirements"? The instruction: Use headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only sections with real specific content. We have: - About the role: The initial paragraph describing role, location, shift, etc. That's substantive. - Responsibilities: The bullet list (though not bullet but sentences). We'll format as
  • items. - Qualifications: "High school diploma, 3 years in a hospital setting or surgical environment". That's specific. - Requirements: Possibly same as qualifications? The posting says "Qualifications Required:" but also earlier "Location Cincinnati, OH, United States". Could treat location as part of About the role. There's no separate "Requirements" besides qualifications. Might not need a separate Requirements heading if content duplicates qualifications. But we could include Requirements as maybe "Location: Cincinnati, OH, United States; Full-time, second shift". However the instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So location and shift could be minor metadata; we could fold into a short

under About the role or maybe a separate section? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So better to include location and shift within About the role paragraph. - Skills: Not explicitly listed. Could infer from responsibilities but not explicit. We should not invent. So omit Skills section. - Benefits, Pay, Schedule: Not mentioned. So omit those sections. Thus we will output sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications. We need to use

for each section heading. Then content: For About the role, we can have

    paragraphs. For Responsibilities, we need

    • for each duty. We need to split the responsibilities into list items. The responsibilities text is a long paragraph with sentences separated by periods. We'll break into logical items. Let's extract responsibilities sentences: "Equipment Setup, Operation, and Technical Support: Perform complete pre-operative setup by cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and testing all operating room equipment to ensure functionality and readiness." "Prepare trauma operating rooms with required equipment, instrument sets, and sterile supplies for scheduled and emergent procedures." "Collaborate proactively with surgical teams to anticipate and fulfill equipment and supply needs, responding swiftly to urgent intraoperative requests." "Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions in real time to minimize surgical delays and ensure patient safety." "Facilitate on-time starts for first cases by ensuring ORs are properly equipped for the next day’s elective schedule." "Provide training and education to surgical staff on proper use, handling, and basic troubleshooting of operating room equipment." "Serve as an equipment and supply runner during surgical procedures to support uninterrupted workflow." "Serve as a runner to retrieve unit beds, ensuring cleanliness of bed and linen to support patient throughput." "Equipment Cleaning, Maintenance, And Compliance Clean, disinfect, and perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment following hospital protocols and manufacturer guidelines." "Maintain strict adherence to safety standards, infection control policies, and regulatory compliance requirements." "Coordinate with Environmental Services (EVS) by moving equipment to allow terminal cleaning of ORs and storage areas." "Return cleaned and disinfected equipment to proper locations upon completion of EVS terminal cleaning." "Inventory, Logistics, And Room Organization Support the Equipment Manager with inventory control, including tracking equipment availability, ordering replacement parts, and managing maintenance records." "Maintain accurate documentation of equipment usage, cleaning, repairs, and maintenance activities." "Stock and organize OR supplies such as gloves, masks, and linens to ensure consistent readiness." "Stock and organize positioning equipment and non-sterile supplies in the operating room." "Stock and organize blanket warmers with blankets and Saline." "Oversee the cleanliness and organization of equipment and supply storage rooms." "Transport specimens to pathology or the morgue and handle blood cooler delivery and returns to the Blood Bank as required." "Assist in transporting and positioning equipment such as stretchers, beds, and IV poles during patient transfers to the PACU or other units." We need to ensure each
    • contains the sentence. Now Qualifications: "High school diploma, 3 years in a hospital setting or surgical environment". Could be a

      or

. Since it's a list of qualifications, we can use
        • each item. But it's two items: high school diploma; 3 years in a hospital setting or surgical environment. We'll do
          • High school diploma
          • 3 years in a hospital setting or surgical environment
. About the role: We'll combine description: "UC Medical Center is looking for a full-time, second shift Operating Room Equipment Technician. The Operating Room Equipment Technician plays a critical role in supporting surgical teams by maintaining, preparing, and troubleshooting medical equipment used in operating rooms. This position ensures that all surgical equipment is readily available, functioning safely and efficiently, contributing to optimal patient care and the smooth operation of surgical procedures. This position supports all ORs, is high volume, and fast paced. Location: Cincinnati, OH, United States." We'll put as

. We must not include boilerplate like "Join our team as an Operating Room Technician..." etc. That's promotional; we should remove? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Join our team..." is promotional but not boilerplate; it's part of job description. However it's somewhat generic; but it's not EEO. Might be considered filler? It says "Join our team as an Operating Room Technician and work alongside the best and brightest clinical teams collaborating toward our common purpose: to advance healing and reduce suffering. Join our team to BE UC Health. Be Extraordinary. Be Supported. Be Hope. Apply Today!" That's promotional and maybe considered boilerplate? The instruction says remove duplicated lines and application instructions. "Apply Today!" is application instruction, should be removed. The rest is maybe fluff but not explicitly prohibited. However we should preserve ALL substantive information; does that include motivational fluff? It's not substantive about role. Might be considered boilerplate. Safer to remove promotional lines that are not specific to role. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." It doesn't say remove motivational fluff. But "Apply Today!" is application instruction, remove. The rest maybe okay but could be considered duplicated? Not sure. I'd keep the descriptive sentences about role but maybe remove the "Join our team..." lines as they are not substantive about role. However they are not explicitly prohibited. I'd keep them? The instruction says "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." The "Join our team..." is not substantive about role; it's more marketing. Could be considered non-substantive. I'd remove it to keep focused. Thus About the role paragraph will be: "UC Medical Center is looking for a full-time, second shift Operating Room Equipment Technician. The Operating Room Equipment Technician plays a critical role in supporting surgical teams by maintaining, preparing, and troubleshooting medical equipment used in operating rooms. This position ensures that all surgical equipment is readily available, functioning safely and
