About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Technician with a CDL to provide safe, reliable, and professional equipment service to our customers. This role involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment while ensuring quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair RelaDyne equipment at customer locations.
- Diagnose equipment issues and communicate findings and recommended solutions to the Equipment Manager.
- Perform repairs in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
- Maintain accurate repair logs, service records, and job documentation.
- Complete parts requests and document all parts used and labor hours on job sheets.
- Utilize a variety of tools and equipment to complete installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- Set up Fuel, Lube, and DEF equipment at new customer locations.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to Fuel and Lube equipment.
- Maintain accurate and timely customer repair spreadsheets.
- Follow all company safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to understand and apply company safety policies and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work independently while effectively communicating with customers and internal teams.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Experience working with fuel, lube, DEF, or similar equipment is a plus.

Work Environment
