Equipment Technician

As an Equipment Technician, you must possess great customer service skills, a high level of professionalism, dependability, and maintain a positive attitude even during the busiest times. The Equipment Team leads all aspects of equipment maintenance, and we seek candidates proficient at multitasking who thrive in a high-energy atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Report to Sr. Equipment Technician.
• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance per the schedule in OpenWrench on all equipment, including massage chairs and hydro beds.
• Perform timely repairs on all equipment.
• Manage and close tickets in OpenWrench.
• Complete required manufacturer certifications when available (may require out-of-state travel).
• Maintain inventory and extra parts to ensure quick resolution and repairs.
• Complete required equipment checklists and inspections upon all club visits.
• Manage local equipment service vendors.
• Maintain and manage the company vehicle, keeping it clean and organized.
• Perform preventative maintenance on drink coolers.

Requirements

• 3 years of basic mechanical work experience.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• CPR Certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Maintain local, State, or Federal personal vehicle insurance minimums (whichever is greater).
• Maintain a clean motor vehicle record throughout employment.
• Reliable transportation to and from multiple job locations (personal vehicle used for business mileage; reimbursable per IRS regulations).

Pay

Hourly Pay Range: $26.44—$26.44 USD
