Equipment Supply Clerk Harvest

America's Heartland Packing is opening a 775,000 sq. ft. greenfield facility in early 2025, featuring a harvest floor, carcass chillers, fabrication area, rendering, further processing, storage coolers, freezers, and loading docks.

About the role

The Equipment & Supply Clerk is responsible for stocking, tracking, and distributing property, plant, and equipment (PP&E) and production supplies to employees in the plant.

Responsibilities

• Issue or distribute materials, products, parts, and supplies to employees
• Keep records of incoming and outgoing supplies
• Stock shelves, racks, cases, bins, and tables with new or transferred merchandise
• Perform cycle counting and material requisitions as required

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-year cycle counting experience
• 1-year clerical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong PC skills

• Able to perform job duties with minimal direction
• Good work and attendance record

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, desk phones, and smartphones. The position also requires regular visits to production facility work environments.
