Responsibilities
- Perform routine transactions for equipment rental, inventory, re-rentals, consumables, billing support, purchase orders, invoicing, information distribution, and organization of location, repair, warranty, and asset records.
- Provide timely support via phone and email for internal and external customers, vendors, and trade partners; monitor the project request inbox and route requests to the appropriate responsible party.
- Aid in onboarding of customers through document exchange, internal setup coordination, communication follow-up, and collection/management of forecast requests from customers.
- Assist with consolidated invoice review, processing, re-billing, and reconciliation of forecasted needs versus actual equipment and service usage.
- Collaborate with onsite staff as needed; input data in CMiC; assist in maintaining scheduling/dispatch software; and support accurate information flow across software, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Order parts, maintenance items, and consumables for the Equipment Operations team; coordinate installation of upfitting and telematics for owned equipment; and support onsite inventory reconciliation.
- Attend project planning and logistics meetings, support bid package preparation, conduct research on equipment/services/processes, and coordinate information with internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in safety activities and training, serve as a backup to the main point of contact during absences, identify process improvement opportunities, and document improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of equipment rental, warehouse, or construction experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of procurement and asset management software preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication; ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong problem-solving, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of logistics operations, including equipment, warehouse, storage, safety, dispatch coordination, and start-to-finish service support.

- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Travel as needed, less than 15%.
- Construction field office and onsite project environment; may be exposed temporarily to extreme weather.
- Frequent activities include sitting, standing, walking, and viewing computer screens; occasional activities include bending, climbing, reaching above shoulder, pushing, and pulling.
