Responsibilities
- Operates and monitors automated manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production and product quality.
- Participates in all equipment changeovers or set-ups.
- Maintains equipment and a clean area by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and wiping down equipment.
- Maintains an open line of communication to ensure all problems/changes are communicated and resolved in a timely manner.
- Maintains records and documents as required.
- Determines the cause of quality problems and takes appropriate action per the task documents.
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
- Works overtime as needed by the department.
- Participates in Continuous Improvement teams and activities, including 5S, blitzes, Shift Start-up, updating PVD boards, etc.
- Continuously improves through the KAS program, meeting department goals for completed KAS.
Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent experience/GED - Not Required
- Effective communication skills (English), basic math skills, and interpersonal skills
- One to two years of previous manufacturing/production experience is strongly preferred
- Good dexterity and coordination

Schedule
- Shift: 12 hour rotating shift (6PM-6AM)
- Scheduled to work 7-days in a 14-day period (2 on, 3 off, 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off - every other weekend is scheduled off)
