We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes Company Description, Summary, Responsibilities, Physical Requirements, Mental Requirements, Tools and Equipment, Compensation and Benefits, Work Authorization, etc. We need to use

for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Also remove application instructions. We need to preserve all substantive info. We need to decide which sections to include. The posting includes: - Location (maybe not needed as heading? Could be part of a short paragraph) - Company Description (maybe "About the company"? Not listed as allowed heading but we could use "About the role"? Actually allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can also maybe use other headings? The instruction says: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It suggests these are examples; we could use other headings if appropriate? Probably we should stick to those. But we need to include company description; maybe we can put it under "About the role"? That seems odd. Could also create a short

for location and company description without heading. We need to include Responsibilities (we have a list). Include Requirements (education/training, maybe also physical/mental requirements). Could combine into Requirements section. Qualifications maybe similar to Requirements; but we can decide to have Requirements covering education, experience, technical knowledge. Skills maybe list of specific skills (tools, computer apps). Could be separate. Benefits: we have compensation and benefits details. Pay: we have wage range $29.64 - $39.65 per hour. So we can have Pay section. Schedule: we have Operational 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift with possible overtime. So we can have Schedule section. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, Work Authorization? Work Authorization is substantive: "Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States. This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided." That's a requirement; could be part of Requirements. We need to remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. There's "No agency calls please." That's maybe boilerplate but could be considered a note; but it's not substantive? Might be considered a note; but we can drop it as it's not essential. Also "EOE Veterans/Disabilities" is EEO boilerplate; drop. "Nearest Major Market: Indianapolis Job Segment: Maintenance, CNC, Facilities, Electrical, Outside Sales, Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Sales" maybe not needed; could be dropped as not substantive? It's metadata but maybe we can keep as short p? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include location and maybe nearest major market in a short p. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep all details from responsibilities, requirements, etc. Let's extract sections: Company Description: paragraph about Crown Equipment Corporation. Location: Greencastle, IN, US, 46135. Wage range: $29.64 - $39.65 per Hour. Summary: "We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Industrial Maintenance Technician. This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical systems across our facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills and commitment to high quality craftsmanship." Operational shifts: "Operational 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift with possible overtime available." Education and Training: "High school diploma is required, 2 year Technical degree or 5 years of relevant experience preferred. Strong working knowledge of technical methods to perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance in a factory setting." Responsibilities: bullet list (we need to convert to

  • ). Physical Requirements: list. Mental Requirements: list. Tools and Equipment: list. Compensation And Benefits: paragraph listing benefits. Work Authorization: statement. We need to map to allowed headings. Possible sections: - About the role: could include Summary and maybe location/company description? But "About the role" maybe better for summary. We'll put summary there. - Responsibilities: as given. - Requirements: could include Education and Training, Physical Requirements, Mental Requirements, Work Authorization, maybe Tools and Equipment? But Tools and Equipment could be Skills. - Skills: could include technical knowledge, tools, computer applications. - Benefits: Benefits section. - Pay: Pay section. - Schedule: Schedule section. We need to avoid empty sections. Let's craft HTML:

    About the role

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Industrial Maintenance Technician. This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical systems across our facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills and commitment to high quality craftsmanship.

Maybe also include location and company description in a preceding

    without heading? Could add a

before sections: "Location: Greencastle, IN, US, 46135. Crown Equipment Corporation, one of the world's largest lift truck manufacturers, offers local support on a global scale with more than 15 manufacturing facilities worldwide and more than 500 retail locations in over 80 countries. Our global sales and service network provides our customers with a local resource for a wide variety of quality material handling equipment, fleet management solutions, warehouse products and support services to meet their needs anytime, anywhere." That's substantive. Then Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    • Adhere to all safety protocols when performing work on Crown property.
    • Apply high-quality craftsmanship in the installation of electrical and mechanical systems across all facilities.
    • Demonstrate a solid understanding of electrical systems; including DC control voltage up to 480VAC, and proficient in using a volt-ohm meter (VOM)
    • Troubleshoot and repair machinery using testing equipment, technical manuals, and remote support (online or over the phone).
    • Read and interpret electrical & mechanical drawings to support equipment and plant repairs.
    • Use a computer to troubleshoot PLCs, welders, HMIs, VFDs, and related systems.
    • Organize projects, provide direction to team members, and assist in training new department personnel.
    • Install and maintain jib and bridge-type crane structures.
    • Identify, source, or fabricate parts necessary for equipment repairs.
    • Accurately document all maintenance activities using the work order system.
    • Execute preventative maintenance PMs, work orders, and track parts inventory and labor time using the CMMS.
    • Exhibit self-motivation and strong time management skills. Prepare and deliver shift reports to ensure effective communication across departments and shifts.
    • Operate various construction and lifting equipment including trucks, forklifts, scissor & boom lifts.
    • Prior experience with CNC or machining equipment a plus.
    • Willing to train on or off-site w/ equipment manufacturers.
    • Utilize basic computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe PDF.
    • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Could include Education and Training, Physical Requirements, Mental Requirements, Work Authorization. We could split into Requirements and Qualifications? But we have both headings allowed. Let's use Requirements for education/experience and physical/mental, and Qualifications for technical knowledge? But we already have technical knowledge in responsibilities. Maybe better: Requirements includes education, experience, physical/mental, work authorization. Qualifications could include specific technical skills (knowledge of systems, tools). But we have Skills heading for tools/computer apps. Let's decide: - Requirements: Education/Training, Physical Requirements, Mental Requirements, Work Authorization. - Skills: Technical knowledge (electrical systems up to 480VAC, VOM, PLCs, etc.), ability to read drawings, computer apps, tools usage. But we already have many responsibilities that include skills. However we need to avoid duplication. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep all details; we can repeat them in different sections if they appear multiple times? That would be duplication but we must preserve; but we can avoid duplication by placing each piece only once. We need to decide where each piece belongs. Let's list all substantive pieces: From Summary: seeking skilled safety-conscious Industrial Maintenance Technician; role responsible for installation, maintenance, repair of electrical and mechanical systems across facility; ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, commitment to high quality craftsmanship. From Operational: 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift with possible overtime. Education/Training: High school diploma required; 2 year Technical degree or 5 years relevant experience preferred; Strong working knowledge of technical methods to perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic maintenance in factory setting. Responsibilities list (as above). Physical Requirements list. Mental Requirements list. Tools and Equipment list. Compensation And Benefits paragraph. Work Authorization statement. Location and Company Description. Pay: wage range. We need to map to sections. Let's create sections: - About the role: could include Summary and maybe location/company description? But location/company description is not about the role but about company. Could be a separate short paragraph without heading. But we have no heading for company description; we can just put it in a

before any headings. - Responsibilities: as list. - Requirements: could include Education/Training, Physical Requirements, Mental Requirements, Work Authorization. - Skills: could include technical knowledge from summary (strong technical knowledge, problem-solving, commitment to craftsmanship) plus specific knowledge: electrical systems up to 480VAC, VOM, PLCs, welders, HMIs, VFDs, reading drawings, computer apps (Word, Excel, Outlook, PDF), ability to operate construction/lifting equipment, willingness to train, prior CNC experience a plus. But some of those appear in responsibilities; we might duplicate. However we could keep them only in responsibilities and not repeat in Skills. But then we would lose the explicit mention of "strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, commitment to high quality craftsmanship" which is in summary; we could put that in About the role. Thus Skills could focus on specific technical abilities: electrical systems, VOM, PLCs, etc., reading drawings, computer apps, operating lifting equipment, willingness to train, CNC experience a plus. But we also have "Strong working knowledge of technical methods to perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance in a factory setting." from Education/Training; that could be part of Requirements or Skills. Let's decide: - About the role: summary (seeking skilled safety-conscious Industrial Maintenance Technician; role responsible for installation, maintenance, repair of electrical and mechanical systems across facility; ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills and commitment to high quality craftsmanship). Also maybe include shift info? Shift is schedule. - Responsibilities: list as given. - Requirements: Education/Training (HS diploma required, 2yr Tech degree or 5yr experience preferred; strong working knowledge of technical methods to perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic maintenance), Physical Requirements list, Mental Requirements list, Work Authorization statement. - Skills: Specific technical skills: electrical systems (DC control voltage up to 480VAC,
