Brief Description
Sells new and used residential and commercial outdoor power, agricultural and construction equipment to new and existing customers.
Job Duties
- Represents the company for the sale of machinery to customers in a defined sales area.
- Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership.
- Maintains sales management information for all customers in the assigned territory.
- Counsels customers on financing options to secure the purchase of new and used goods.
- Attends applicable sales training events/seminars.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years equipment sales experience preferred.
- Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and the internet.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Excellent customer relationship skills.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports.
