Equipment Refurbishment Specialist

About the role

Sunny Sky Products in Douglassville, PA is seeking a versatile employee to join our machine assembly department. This position involves refurbishing and wrapping used dispensers to make them look new, requiring basic knowledge of cordless drills and hand tools. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and adhere to our company’s safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Overhaul dispensers by thoroughly cleaning units, removing and replacing damaged parts using basic tools.
• Wrap older stainless-steel dispensers with black vinyl wrap to match newer units.
• Inspect and test completed refurbished equipment.
• Maintain productivity targets while performing tasks.
• Report abnormalities or concerns to management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and food safety standards.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic understanding and/or experience with tools and computer systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge or skills pertaining to pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM. Mandatory overtime is a possibility but rare.

Pay

$18.50 per hour with a new hire sign-up bonus of up to $500.00.
