Equipment Operator - Paver Operator

About the role

This position involves operating heavy construction equipment such as pavers, asphalt mixers, and haul trucks. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Operate various types of construction equipment including pavers, asphalt mixers, and haul trucks.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.
• Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of related experience in construction operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using construction equipment.
• Good physical condition with the ability to stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and safety-consciousness.
