Equipment Operator - Lawrenceburg

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Equipment Operator to join our team in Lawrenceburg, KY. This is a full-time position with opportunities for advancement. A willingness to travel is desired but not mandatory, and previous electrical experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain electrical construction equipment, including but not limited to excavators, backhoes, trenchers, and augers.
• Follow project plans and specifications to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and safe operations on the job site.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations, promoting a culture of safety among the team.
• Assist with general labor duties as needed, including material handling and site cleanup.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, project managers, and team members to report progress, issues, and concerns.

Requirements

• Knowledge of electrical construction practices and procedures is a plus.
